This project involved subsurface investigation, data analysis, and subsequent participation in a courtroom trial. At the start of the project, a HydroPunch investigation clearly demonstrated that off-site shallow groundwater contamination by gasoline was migrating was migrating onto the Olson Property located in Pleasant Hill, California. The conflict between Olson and the neighboring property owner resulted in a superior court trial in Martinez, California. Following expert testimony regarding the results of the investigation, judgment was made in favor of Olson.
