This project involved the preparation of a closure plan for the decommission, removal and decontamination of a small-scale plating facility located within the Johansing Iron Works production building in Alameda, California.
- Client: Norman Smith, Martinez, California
This project involved the preparation of a closure certification package for the decommission, removal, and decontamination of a large-scale plating facility located in Concord, California. The scope of work included: analysis and documentation of previous soil sampling data, concrete coring and soil sampling for sump decommissioning, and completion of required regulatory agency paperwork.
- Client: Bayday Chemical Company, Santa Clara, California
This project involved concrete coring and soil sampling beneath the floor of the Bayday Chemical Freon recycling facility in Santa Clara, California. The scope of work was conducted in accordance with the site-specific TSDF permit requirements, and was closely coordinated with State DTSC personnel and the City of Santa Clara Fire Department. Upon submittal of the laboratory analytical results in an investigation report, the facility was closed.
