- Client: Saint Marys College, Moraga, California
This project involved an indoor air study following an occurrence of "sick building syndrome" at the Filippi Building on the campus of Saint Marys College in Moraga, California. The scope of work involved interviews with building occupants, long-term monitoring and analysis of ambient air for organic chemicals, spores & fungi, as well as long-term monitoring of ambient air for various physical parameters. The problem was linked to abnormally dry air caused by an improperly functioning air conditioning system.
